Auction Night Details 

Location
The O'Neal School's 45th Annual Auction will take place at The Pinehurst Country Club, located at One Carolina Vista Drive, adjacent to the Resort Clubhouse and overlooking the famous Pinehurst No. 2 Golf Course. Please see the map at the bottom of the page for a detailed view of the location. 

Attire
Black Tie and Military - Service Dress optional attire is recommended for this event. Jeans are not allowed in banquet areas. A coat check will be provided for our guests. 

Parking
Valet parking is available for this event, and a shuttle bus will run from The Holly Inn and The Carolina Hotel to accommodate overnight guests. 

Check In
Please check in at the welcome table upon arrival. you will receive your table number, bid paddle, and have the opportunity to swipe your credit card for a fast and easy checkout process. If you have not already registered your smartphone for Mobile Bidding, you will be able to do so during the check in process. Please note: if you elect to swipe your credit card at check in or check out, the payment will not be processed until two business days after the Auction. 

Food & Beverages
Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served from 6:00 - 7:45 PM, followed by a delicious three-course seated dinner featuring salad; steak, chicken, salmon and vegan options; and a decadent dessert. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated upon request. Complimentary wine, beer, mixed drinks and soft drinks are available throughout the entire evening, and a coffee service will be provided with dessert. If you would like to make a special dietary request, please contact Jennie Ford at jford@onealschool.org. 

Silent & Live Auctions
The Silent Auction will begin at 9:00 AM on Friday, February 19, 2016 and will close at 8:00 PM on Saturday, February 20, 2016. All Silent Auction Items will be available through Mobile Bidding. The Silent Auction will be followed by dinner and the Live Auction. 

Payment & Check Out
Our payment and check out process is easier than ever! Simply swipe your credit card when you check in for an automatic payment, or stop by the welcome table to pay for your items using a check or credit card. Volunteers will be available to assist you with all steps in the check out process. If you have a large item that you cannot bring with you immediately, or you simply wish to pick up your items at a later time, please notify a volunteer to request that the item be brought back to The O'Neal School for pickup. All Auction items that are returned to O'Neal will be available in Bradshaw Hall at Pick-Up on Monday, February 22nd at 3:00 PM.
